I have always had a curiosity about health and wellness and the many different paths to achieve this. There was a time in my life when I believed wellness was strictly related to outward appearance, mostly concerning food and exercise. As I grew and gained more experience in life, I came to realize the true definition of health and wellness was so much more. I believe that health and wellness is a balancing act. It encompasses all areas of our lives.  When these areas are equally nurtured,  it will lead to a balanced and joyful life!
